The attorney's office filed an appeal to the Supreme Court against the verdict and the sentence in which Dennis Mokin was sentenced to 22 years in prison, who was convicted of murdering the late Diyar Omri, a 19-year-old young man, following a confrontation between drivers on the road in May 2023. The prosecutor's office wants to determine that Mokin committed the murder intentionally and not with indifference and to make his punishment worse.
