The Commander-in-Chief also emphasized the need to strengthen the military intelligence system, to deepen the defense based on local capabilities in both areas, doctrine and tactics, to develop up-to-date defense and security capabilities through new technologies, and to strengthen spiritual resilience and the spirit of jihad, alongside efforts to meet the needs of the armed forces and support the armed forces.
