A report on the Saudi Al-Arabiya channel: consultations are taking place between the mediators and Iran to hold a meeting in Turkey before November 4. It is claimed that the schedule of the new proposal includes the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, the lifting of the blockade, the Iranian nuclear issue and the summoning of the inspectors. Iran demands that the time period of the framework be shortened from seven days to only four.
