Five suspects, including a minor, were arrested in Eilat on suspicion of running gambling games on the boardwalk using "planted gamblers". An undercover investigation by the Eilat regional police raised suspicions that the members of the group acted in coordination, when some of them knew where the ball was and lost on purpose in order to entice passers-by to participate in the game and make them lose their money.
