Rafael Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said at the UN Security Council that the agency has not detected any signs that Iran is trying to restore the nuclear facilities attacked by the US and Israel. Grossi also clarified that Iran continues to prevent the agency's inspectors from accessing the bombed facilities.
