Report in Turkey: The Turkish Navy is expected to launch a self-produced aircraft carrier next year. According to the state-run Anadolu news agency, the commander of the Turkish Navy, Admiral Argument Tatliolu, said the ship would combine aircraft, vessels and unmanned underwater vehicles. He claimed it would be the first aircraft carrier in the world to operate such systems together.
