The former president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, who admitted last night to his defeat in the elections, called on his supporters tonight to "refrain from killing" and respect the results, after documents and reports were published about groups of thugs dressed in black in the streets who began to behave violently against the supporters of the winning "Student List" party.
