The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) assisted today in returning the body of a Palestinian man who died in Israel, back to the Gaza Strip. The ICRC assisted in this transfer in its role as a neutral mediator, in cooperation with the "Access" organization, and in coordination with the relevant authorities.
