In preparation for the elections to the 26th Knesset on Tuesday: travel on the Israel Railways will be free for the general public starting Monday at 20:00 until the end of the activity on election day. The benefit will be given through a paper card that will be issued in the ticket machines at the stations (and not through Rav-Ko or the payment apps).
