The Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council in Iran Razai in a meeting with the Pakistan Army Commander in Tehran: "Not even one particle of enriched nuclear material will leave Iran. The material will remain a national asset intended for local use. There will be no negotiations until the US rebuilds trust by fulfilling the conditions set by Iran."
