A new poll by Ipsos published in the Washington Post shows a new low in the rate of support for President Donald Trump - two weeks before the midterm elections for Congress. According to the survey, the rate of support for Trump among adults in the United States now stands at 33%, while 66% are not satisfied with his performance.
