Director of the Tax Authority Shay Aharonovich: "The 27-28 budget will be a brutal budget, we don't see that there is going to be extraordinary growth... We will need hard steps... If we don't think of solutions, we will be faced with a broken trough and then they will have to raise the VAT by one percent and another percent marginal tax, steps and all." Aharonovich said these things at the annual tax conference of the Chamber of Tax Consultants.
