Defense Minister Yisrael Katz reacts to the wave of violence in the territories of Judea and Samaria and assigns responsibility: "The treatment of the serious violence of the handful of Jewish rioters in the West Bank must be fully the responsibility of the Israel Police, Shi'i District - including prevention, investigation and prosecution activities.
