An exit of tens of millions of dollars at the age of 25: The Israeli cyber company Ventris, which was founded only about a year ago and operated without raising capital from investors, is sold to the Hex-Rays company in a deal valued at 30-35 million dollars, according to estimates. Behind the company stands Elon Glicksberg, a veteran of Unit 8200, who together with his team developed a system for activating artificial intelligence agents to detect security loopholes. The company employs only six employees, who will continue in their positions even after the purchase. The buyer is expected to expand its operations in Israel and recruit additional employees.
