The Innovation Authority and the Ministry of Labor are investing NIS 25 million in 15 programs to reduce the gap between women and men in high-tech, where men's wages are on average 44% higher - a gap of about NIS 10,200 a month. The programs will train senior managers, integrate women into deep-tech and return women to employment.
