Qatargate Disclosure: Prime Minister Netanyahu's adviser, Yonatan Urich, met in Europe at least twice during the war with Ali D'Awadi, one of the most powerful people in Qatar and an associate of the Qatari emir and prime minister. The Qatari lobbyist Jay Potlik was also present at the meetings.
