Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri clarifies that the party will not join the next government without a conscription exemption law. In an interview with Lishi Cohen in the Shabbat Square, he said: "There will be no government in Israel that Shas supports or participates in, without us regulating the status of those who study Torah."
