MDA paramedic Ariel Wasserstein and emergency medicine medic in the MDA motorcycle unit Gal Selhov said: "When we arrived at the scene, they led us to the driver who was trapped in the vehicle. He was unconscious, pulseless and not breathing and suffered severe multisystem damage. We immediately started advanced resuscitation operations that included massages, breathing and giving medication and evacuated him in an MDA intensive care vehicle to the hospital while performing resuscitation operations when he was in critical condition."
