An MDA medic who arrived at the scene said: "When we arrived at the scene, they led us to the toddler after he apparently fell off a slide during a game. He was unconscious, not breathing and had no pulse. We evacuated him in an MDA intensive care vehicle to the hospital while CPR was performed"
