The management of Mekorot and the Histadrut have signed a new collective agreement in the company for five years after negotiations of about two years. The employees will receive cumulative wage increases of more than 20%, a signing bonus of 13 thousand shekels per employee and an excellence bonus in the amount of a monthly salary
