MDA paramedic Tom Karmi and MDA emergency medicine medic Guy Kasfer said: "This is a very difficult scene. They led us to the woman who was lying on the road unconscious, without breathing and without a pulse after being hit by a vehicle. We immediately began advanced resuscitation operations that included breathing and administering medication, but unfortunately her injuries were significant and we had no choice but to determine her death."
