French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrow, who arrived at the Kidnapped Square this morning and is currently touring sites in the south: "I am in Israel today to pay my respects to the victims of October 7. On that day, Hamas committed the most horrific anti-Semitic massacre since the Holocaust, in which 51 French citizens lost their lives. We will never forget them. Nothing will erase their faces or their names."
