The Emek Jezreel Regional Council: "Shebahim were located during an initiative of MGB volunteers in the plantations adjacent to Moshav Merhavia. Some of the shebahim were caught, and the farmer who allegedly planted the shebahim was arrested. There is no fear of a security incident." Photo: Emek Jezreel Regional Council
