The first international official refers to the Fly-Dubai flight incident: Britain's foreign minister, Ed Miliband, wrote on his X account - "We are very concerned about the incident and appreciate the fact that the plane landed safely, thanks to the actions of those on board. Our thoughts are with those injured in the incident, with all the passengers of the plane and with their families."
