Daily Mail report: Counter-Terrorism Unit officers arrested five men on suspicion of carrying out a car bomb attack against American forces at the Royal Air Force Base Fairford. The suspects were found next to three commercial vehicles, which are suspected to contain explosive devices. In the documentation from the arrest, the suspects are seen sitting shirtless and handcuffed, which may indicate that the officers also suspected that they were wearing explosive belts
