Syria's President Al-Shara: "No attempt to force facts on the ground can harm the legitimacy of our country, the sovereignty of our law and the validity of international law. The Golan will remain Syrian land, and all annexation measures are null and void by virtue of Security Council Resolution 497. Our demand from our partners is simple: say what international law says."
