Israel Beitenu announced that it would vote in favor of disqualifying Raam: "Any Israeli government that will be formed after the elections must define the elimination of Hamas as a central goal in its security policy. Any party that opposes this has no place in the Knesset in Israel. That is why we will vote in favor of disqualifying the joint list, Ra'am, Ofer Kasif and Sami Abu Shahada"
