Adir Capital and Selling Capital funds won the state tender to establish venture capital funds for investing in Israeli security technology companies. The state will grant each fund a maximum guarantee of up to 100 million shekels, to be activated in case of loss. Adir Capital estimates it will raise more than 500 million shekels.
