New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani attacked Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in an interview with CNN and called him a "war criminal" and "architect of a horrific genocide." Mamdani, who stated during the election campaign that he would work to arrest Netanyahu if he came to the city, admitted that he does not have the legal authority to carry out the arrest warrant of the International Criminal Court.
