During Yom Kippur, firefighters worked on a forest fire in Carmel Park. The fire broke out near Daliyat al-Karmel. Sheriff Guy Rosen, who commanded the incident, said: "Thanks to the quick arrival and knowledge of the area, the fighters together with a team from the Nature and Parks Authority and the assistance of a drone managed to gain control before the fire spread."
