Among the cases the assistance handled in the last year: recognition of a woman as the legal son of a resident of B'ari who was murdered on Oct 7, even though she was not formally adopted; dozens of claims for recognition as victims of remote hostile acts; protection of elderly who fell victim to exploitation and economic abuse and protection of IDF property and victims of hostile acts from excessive fee demands. The report also states that about 3,000 cases were opened for Holocaust survivors and Nazi fighters.
