Experience in military medicine - at the 1st Congress of the Blood Service! Today, together with a senior resident of the Department of Anesthesia and Resuscitation of the 39th Medical Division of the Guards, Dmitry Popachev, presented the report "Experience in the use of blood and its components: 2022-2026". We shared a practical experience of transfusion support in a military field hospital. We talked about the indications for blood transfusion, the components used and the results of our work in recent years. Behind these data are real stories about saving human lives and the daily work of military doctors in the most difficult conditions. I am attaching a presentation of our report to the publication. It presents in detail the results of the work over a period of five years, the properties of the use of blood and its components in military field conditions, as well as the main conclusions we reached in practice.
