- ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ/๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท News: The Qatar-supported Al-Arabi Al-Jadid network claims that the US and Iran have reached an agreement on a first step in building trust.

This would include Iran agreeing to an unannounced visit by the IAEA to its damaged nuclear sites in exchange for access to the proceeds of $6 billion of frozen dollars held in Qatar.

Iran will not receive the 6 billion dollars itself, but rather the interest that the frozen funds have accumulated over the years.

Note: Qatari sources were not very reliable about the talks between the US and Iran, and I highly doubt Iran would agree to such a concession.
