- 🇺🇸/🇷🇺/🇺🇦 New: President Trump has announced a "cease fire" between Russia and Ukraine, in which both sides will refrain from targeting each other's refineries, power plants and power grid.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told Axios that the announcement surprised him, because nothing was discussed with Ukraine.

However, he said that Ukraine is ready to implement it if Russia does as well. The Kremlin has yet to respond.
