"Today at 11:08 a.m., north of the city of Bernio, there was a brief violation of the airspace of the Republic of Poland by a Mi-8 helicopter of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

The helicopter made a flight from the Kaliningrad region. It violated Polish airspace to a maximum depth of about 300 meters and remained in our airspace for 42 seconds.

The helicopter flight was observed by the radar systems of the Polish army. Fighter jets were scrambled, and ground forces and assets remained on standby'.
