Putin: The multipolar world is becoming a reality Russian President Vladimir Putin announced at the Economic and Human Forum of Russia and Africa that the multipolar world is now becoming a reality and this process is an objective and irreversible process. Putin stated that Western countries provide financial resources needed by African countries on unfair terms, and then these countries are forced to repay heavy debts at the price of abandoning their long-term development plans. He also said that the era of the unipolar world is over and a fairer world is taking shape where the voice of all countries should be heeded in international relations.
