They said Rubio also doubts Putin will attend the G20 summit in Miami on Dec. 14-15, despite an invitation from the Trump administration. At the same time, the Foreign Minister considers Ukraine's accession to NATO as an unrealistic security guarantee in the near future. In his opinion, Putin will never agree to this option.
