The European Union is not expected to be a participant in tripartite negotiations, Dmitry Peskov said. According to him, Moscow does not see a position of peacekeeping on the part of the European Union and believes that Brussels, on the contrary, advocates the continuation of the war and further incitement. Peskov added that, in the opinion of the Russian side, such participants are not necessary either for Moscow or, apparently, for Washington, which he claims is trying to achieve a peace settlement. In the past, the media reported that the European Union is considering the possibility of sending its representatives to Abu Dhabi.
