A German court refused to close the case on the Nord Stream bombing. The Higher Regional Court of Hamburg rejected a request to postpone the case against the Ukrainian Sergey Kuznetsov, who was accused of involvement in the explosion of gas pipelines. The judge ruled that his right to defense is not limited. The defense referred to the impossibility of revealing military secrets: letters from Ukrainian army officers Roman Chervinsky and Yuri Semniuk were read in court, according to which Kuznetsov served under Chervinsky's command and signed an undertaking not to reveal secret information. Chervinsky did not allow him to reveal this information, but the prosecutor said that this does not interfere with the defense in court.
