Putin will speak today by phone with the President of Finland Stubb and the Prime Minister of Norway Stora. The parties will discuss the Ukrainian issue. Bloomberg writes about this: "This will be the first direct contact between Putin and senior European leaders, Kiev's allies, since French President Emmanuel Macron spoke with his Russian counterpart in July of last year. Ukraine's European allies are looking for a seat at the European security table, and both Stora and Staub have used their countries' shared border with Russia as an argument for their participation in these talks."
