Ukraine was overly dependent on the Starlink satellite system, without providing a full alternative for communication delivery, the "Telegraph" writes. As the publication points out, the problem is not so much in finding the culprits, but in the fact that Kiev has made one system practically the only means of communication without a reliable backup option. "The question is not so much who is to blame, but that Kiev relied too confidently on a single system, without backup," the article reads. Earlier, Elon Musk announced that Ukraine violated Starlink's terms of use, after which the company introduced restrictions. At the same time, he emphasized separately that he does not intend to completely stop providing satellite communications to the Ukrainian army.
