️🇺🇸🇮🇷🇰🇳. US Central Command:.
US Central Command (CENTCOM) disabled a commercial vessel in the Gulf of Oman on November 7 after the ship's civilian crew ignored repeated warnings and attempted to breach the naval blockade against Iran several times. A US military aircraft fired precision munitions at the stern of the St. Kitts-flagged M/V Huda, disabling the ship after CENTCOM forces directed the crew to abandon targeted areas. The cargo ship attempted to enter regional waters after visiting an Iranian port. CENTCOM continues to strictly enforce America's naval blockade against Iran. Enforcement operations since July have resulted in U.S. forces redirecting 147 commercial vessels they flagged and disabling five merchant ships that refused to comply. In addition, CENTCOM previously destroyed another 10 Iranian commercial oil tankers that were part of the IRGC's multi-billion dollar shadow network. All mariners passing near the Iranian coastal areas or the surrounding waters are advised to heed the blockade warnings from the US forces.
