️🇺🇦🇷🇺 - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian ballistic missile attacks continue to damage Ukraine's energy infrastructure and logistics networks, with a shortage of Patriot air defense systems contributing to the impact.

️ Ukraine currently produces more electricity than it consumes, but Russian attacks on distribution stations and power grids have caused significant shortages in Kyiv and other areas in the north, east and center. Repair efforts are being expanded, with additional crews and equipment being deployed across the Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions, including to restore infrastructure serving the Dnipro and Caribbean Sea.

️ Zelensky also reported attacks on bridges across the Dnipro River. He said six ballistic missiles were fired at Kyiv's North Bridge overnight, resulting in four hits. After discussions with government officials, he called for backup transportation arrangements for Kyiv, recognizing that current transportation reserves are insufficient.

️ Ukraine is preparing to participate in a number of international meetings in November, including the G7, the Coalition of Will and the Rammstein format. Zelensky said the priority is to ensure timely delivery of air defense systems and equipment to support the energy sector and strengthen the country's resilience.

️ He also praised Ukrainian forces operating on several fronts, including the 95th Air Assault Brigade in the direction of Oleksandrika, the 37th Marine Brigade, and the 127th and 57th Heavy Motorized Infantry Brigades in the direction of South Slobozhensky. He also praised the unmanned systems forces, the 20th Separate Unmanned Systems Division, the K2 unit and the forces of the Ukrainian Navy for their actions.
