The Central Election Commission of Israel expects that the counting of the double envelopes will begin around midnight and will continue until tomorrow evening, according to Elad Neve, head of the control center for the commissions, Haidah Atah. Neve told You that more than 500,000 envelopes are expected, so it is too early to assess their effect on the distribution of seats in the Knesset. According to him, it is not possible to give a reliable seat count until all the polling results are received and the duplicate envelopes are counted. Even then, the results will only be "almost final", as an audit of the polling stations is planned for next week.
