A pensioner was hospitalized after running over a child with a car in Cheboksary. It's a park area, a few days ago a girl was hit by a car there, but she ran away with a bunch. Soon in all the cities of the country there will be electric scooters, messenger mopeds, pit bikes, children's cars and drones with delivery and not just overhead. Where should the unfortunate pedestrian go? grow wings? But this is not a solution - there is also an emergency in the sky.
