Azerbaijan's minister, Nasimi Musayev, had no intention to kill during the attack on the family in Shaki, Armenian Investigative Committee Chairman Artur Poghosyan told reporters.
According to him, Musaev was interrogated and testified about the circumstances of the incident. Pogosian did not reveal their contents, citing the confidentiality of the preliminary investigation.
