On October 26, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, and the Foreign Minister of India, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar. The parties discussed bilateral cooperation, as well as possibilities to strengthen inter-parliamentary ties between the two countries.
