Congratulations from the Russian Ambassador to Uzbekistan A.V. Arkov on the occasion of the Day of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (October 25, 2026) Dear employees and veterans of the Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan! I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the formation of the internal bodies of Uzbekistan in my name, in the name of the Embassy of the Russian Federation and in the name of fraternal Russia. I recently visited the Victory Park Museum again and went up to the second floor - where the contribution of the "law enforcement agencies" of Uzbekistan to the general victory of the peoples of the Soviet Union over fascism is honored. I remembered the holiday today, I stopped in front of the exposition of the Ministry of the Interior, paying my respects to the magnificent officers of the interior who ensured order and legality in the home front and helped our people to survive, supply the front with weapons and food, receive the wounded for treatment and sponsor hungry orphans. During the war, and after it, as in the past, the employees of the Ministry of the Interior, who did not spare time, efforts and sometimes even their lives, stood guard over the law and justice, over the peaceful work of the citizens. Honor and praise to them! Today's holiday brings together people for whom serving the law, ensuring public order and protecting the rights of citizens is a matter of honor and courage. Uzbekistan's internal affairs bodies make a significant contribution to ensuring the country's security, fighting crime and strengthening social stability. Behind this demanding work lies the courage, dedication and devotion of thousands of workers. I would especially like to note the close and multifaceted cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our interaction is based on traditions of friendship, mutual trust and the desire to respond jointly to modern challenges.
On this holiday, I wish all the staff of the internal bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan good health, success in service and new achievements.
