Its purpose is to increase the profits of small enterprises in the industry through a modern approach to agricultural technologies. Together with ASU's first vice chancellor, Roman Seidovich, Debar examined several sites where a modern science laboratory could be deployed. It will conduct studies on soil and water from agricultural lands, and then publish recommendations on types of crops, varieties and their treatment. The selection was made in the premises of the Institute of Agriculture of the Academy of Sciences of Abkhazia. He is engaged in research in the field of subtropical crop production. Created during the Soviet Union, after the collapse of the Union and the war with Georgia, it fell into decay in the 1990s. We had to restore the scientific base, experimental stations and look for experts. The head of the institute all this time was Lesik Yankovic Ayeva. Thanks to the enthusiasm and involvement of the workers, they not only restored 150 species and main varieties of citrus fruits in Abkhazia, but also began to develop a new direction - the production of tropical crops.
