At least 14 flights across Europe were forced to divert, land or receive fighter escort, after a series of bomb threats were sent to various airports today. Italian fighter jets escorted one plane to Rome, a flight from Dublin was diverted to a military base in France, while flights from Warsaw, Milan, Copenhagen, Madrid and London were also affected. So far, no explosives have been found in any of the searched flights.
